
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Production & Filming: Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio recording devices for on-site and studio shoots, ensuring all technical aspects are flawlessly executed.
Post-Production: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos. Color grade footage, mix audio, and integrate graphics, lower thirds, or basic animations as required.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative or production team to storyboard ideas, scout locations, and plan shoot logistics to meet project objectives.
Equipment Management: Set up, tear down, maintain, and securely store all camera, lighting, and audio-visual equipment.
Media Management: Organize, back up, and archive all raw files, project files, and final exports systematically.
Quality Control: Review all audio and video assets to ensure they meet brand standards, project specifications, and broadcast/web requirements before final delivery.
Minimum Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing. A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating shooting and editing capabilities is required.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of industry-standard post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).
• Hardware Knowledge: Hands-on experience with professional cinema cameras, DSLR/mirrorless systems, audio recorders, and lighting setups.
• Creative Competency: A strong understanding of visual composition, framing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for continuity, color consistency, and audio clarity.
